We have an extreme dedication to providing superior service and outrageously inspired cakes to our clients.
All our efforts go into our custom cakes. Our business is to make cakes.
Why don't you have other baked goods?
Custom client inspired cakes are our primary and only focus. Period! Our business is just that. Cakes!
When are tastings available?
Meetings with one of our cake designers are booked by appointment only Tuesday thru Thursday between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. After hours appointments can be arranged Wednesday and Thursday evenings. This link can be used to book online. Click here to make a wedding cake appointment
Cost for tastings?
Appointments are free of charge. We only reserve appointments for events within the next 9 months.

What to bring to the tasting?
Any and all inspirations for your cake. Flowers, colors, fabric swatches, cake pictures, etc.
Can I contract a cake without a tasting?
Yes, many destination brides never taste the cake prior to the wedding. We have many years of helping clients with there cake needs by phone, email, and web site. We have an excellent record of superior service.
Do you make cakes that are not on the web site?
Absolutely, all the site cake photos are actual custom per client designs and represent ideas.
We are custom and each cake is built to your details.
Can you match colors?
This is what we do best. Bring in your invitations, flower or fabric colors, or any other item you want to incorporate for us to match.
Can you place photos on cakes?
We have the ability to place images up to 11” by 17” on cakes.
Full resolution jpg, tif, gif, pdf, or print master files are usable formats. Always in the highest resolution.
What is the cost of a wedding cake?
Wedding cakes cost is based on amount of servings. Our serving sizes are derived from the Wilton wedding cake portion standards. Each cake can vary greatly due to the nature of the design and amount of technical difficulty. Do you provide the fresh flowers for the cakes?
All fresh flowers are provided by your florist. We will certainly place the flowers on the cake as specified providing they are on site during time of delivery or delivered to the shop 24-48 hours prior to the event. Some designs require flower size spacing and must be delivered to us prior to cake construction.
Is delivery additional?
Delivery is an additional cost starting at $20.00. (Tiered and carved cake start at $40.00) Destinations beyond Sarasota area are estimated at $1.00 per mile each way. These costs include professional transport, setup, and the assurance that the cake will be not damaged. No extra charge for additional cakes delivered simultaneously.
Can you make any other flavors of cake and or fillings?
We do our best to accommodate client’s request for regional favorites and specialty cakes. Ask a designer.
Can I have more than one filling?
Rounds and squares have three layers of filling and yes, you can have two different fillings.
Example: Strawberry, banana cream, and strawberry.
Multi tiered cakes can have different cake flavors and fillings in each tier.
How far in advance do I need to order my cake?
Simple single cakes can be done sometimes same day under a rush with very limited options.
We prefer at least three days notice on inspired cakes to allow drying time for the gum paste adornments.
More complex multi tier should be decided on and ordered a minimum of 5 days before but preferably several weeks out. Weddings are generally booked 3 to 6 month or more in advance.
